Black Belt Club

The Warrior’s Realm Black Belt Club (BBC) is a special membership designed to give the ultimate Martial Arts training experience to all who have Black Belt as your goal! It recognizes those who are committed to personal growth and progress, as an elite group of dedicated Martial Artists within the school. In honour of your level of commitment members of the Black Belt Club receive several benefits. BBC members may also partake in the Fighter’s Realm (fight training), that will bring your skills and conditioning to the level of amateur ring fighter’s; with the opportunity, upon approval, to compete at various levels of competition. BBC members are also eligible to become members of the Warrior’s Realm demo team, which will continue to showcase Muay Thai/MMA at various functions ranging from parades to Graduation Day demonstrations. As members of the BBC, you will have the honour and privilege of wearing a unique BBC t-shirt during training, and you will be able to see your Black/Gold level sash on the walls of the school. This last detail does two things: first, it is a reminder of the goals you have set for yourself; second, it is an announcement to fellow students of the commitment and quality of life that the BBC member is striving for. In short, the Black/Gold sash will serve as a beacon – an inspiration to those who have yet to make this commitment themselves.

As a member of the Black Belt Club (we like to think of it as a Black Belt Success System), there are more responsibilities you are expected to uphold. Before you can become a member of the Black Belt Club, you must first reach the rank of Third Grade (Orange Belt) in Muay Thai, and further must be nominated by an Instructor to be a part of this elite team. A nomination to the Black Belt Club is based on effort, attitude, character, and a willingness to do the best you can to follow the tenets of Muay Thai, the Student Creed, and the rules and regulations of the school. You must also have a good attendance record, and consistently demonstrate your commitment and dedication to your own growth within class and outside of class, as well.

Overall, the objective of the Black Belt Club is to help you attain your personal best. Emphasis is placed on skill and technique, and efforts are made to develop your personal attributes in order to help you grow as well-rounded individuals, and succeed in life.
